Basketball

Basketball is a non-contact sport played on a rectangular court. While most often played as a team sport with five players on each side.

Boccerball

Boccerball combines aspects of indoor soccer and basketball and allows learners that are not well practiced in either sport to be successful.

Curling

A sport in which players slide stones on a sheet of ice towards a target area which is segmented into four concentric circles. It is related to bowls, boules and shuffleboard.

Floor hockey is a family of indoor hockey games. 5 variations exist: three variations in the style of ice hockey, and the other two in the style of bandy, one of which is called floorball in English speaking regions.

Hand Ball

Handball is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the other team.

Spike Ball

The sport of roundnet is played 2 vs 2, with a taut hoola hoop sized Spikeball net placed between the teams.

Tchoukball

Tchoukball is an indoor team sport developed in the 1970s by Swiss biologist Hermann Brandt as a warm up activity for the Swiss Handball team. 

Volleyball

Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules.

Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate, originally known as ultimate frisbee, is a non-contact team sport originally played by players with a flying disc (frisbee).
