Service Description

Our bootcamps are welcome to everyone 16 years and over and all fitness levels! Get moving with our fun instructors and like minded people, outside in the parks around St. Albert. Our goal is to get you active and enjoy the sunshine, and maybe meet a some new friends along the way!
