Rec League 

Come join us for a mixture of these sports: Flag Football, Ultimate Frisbee, Soccer, Handball, Spike-Ball, Soccer Baseball.
Our league will be playing at the St. Albert Rugby Club fields. Enjoy 90 minutes of FUN, co-ed Sports, of and the best news of all, the beer can be found after your game steps away on the beautiful deck of the Rugby Club. 
All teams receive a $100 Beer Tab to spend at the club. Our league will be playing at the St. Albert Rugby Club fields. 

 

2 ways to join:

 

1. Enter a co-ed, adult team of a maximum of 14 people. 

OR 

2. Sign up as an individual and we find you a team. 

 

Dates: Sunday evenings for 90 mins in the time frame of 4:30pm-9:30pm
