Ultimate Frisbee

6 players - 2 guys or girls minimum

 

Ultimate Frisbee is played with NO CONTACT. All players must give arms length defense at all times.

 

Play starts when the opposing team launches the disk from their end zone. 

 

A point is scored when the disk is caught in the end zone. Once a point is scored, teams switch end zones and the disk is launched to the opposing team. 

 

Disk handling:

You can not move with the disk, you can only pivot, player has up to 10 seconds to throw the disk to a team mate. 

 

Players can intercept passes and must maintain arm length defense at all times.

If the disk hits the ground, the possession changes.
